The evening event delivered by Anne Bruce on LifeWORKS at South West Water was a very successful and interesting session; there were 43 individuals in attendance overall. However, unfortunately only 2 made it from the Occupational Health Nurses Group. Anne has offered to talk to us at our next study day if requested.
The workshop was an overview of personal expectations to reality, and the demands and control on our ability to cope and the choices that we make. However, for the solution to be truly effective, it requires individuals to want to take part in the process, rather than absolving their responsibility of their well being onto others, which links in with the current governments approach.
