Nicky Pauncefort RGN OHND BSC (Hons) Occupational Health Advisor to South West Water
Nicky Pauncefort worked at The Wellington Hospital as Senior Floor Sister and Nursing Officer at King Edward VII Hospital for Officers before moving into Occupational Health as a specialist practitioner in 1986. Initially she worked in the City for a blue chip company, British and Commonwealth. She then moved to Blossoms Inn Medical Centre to establish an occupational health service.
When her family moved to Cornwall twelve years ago, Nicky began working for HSBC as Occupational Health Manager for the South West. However, she was pleased to take up her present role at South West Water in 2005 which again allowed her to set up a bespoke service.
Nicky joined the South West OH Nurses Group committee two years ago as Treasurer and is now Vice Chairman. Being part of the committee has been a great opportunity to meet professional colleagues and, in particular, to exchange ideas.
